Job Description

What will you deliver?

  • To provide an effective administrative and coordination function to the Learning and Development team, facilitating training activities for all regional staff and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate the training delivery cycle for specified contracts and business areas
  • Use the learning management system to its full capacity, accurately maintaining and updating training records
  • Coordinate the processes for purchasing training materials, raising purchase orders and collating cost report data
  • Produce and collate information for divisional stats report
  • Management of the E-learning platforms

     Who are we looking for?
  • Previous L&D coordination experience is preferred but not essential
  • Competent MS Office365 user
  • Experience in using a Learning Management System is preferred but not essential
  • Strong administrative background which includes excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, have methodical and precise attention to detail, a professional attitude and proactive approach to work
  • Driving license preferred not essential
