Are you well organised and enjoy working with people?

We have a new opportunity for a Training Coordinator. In this role you will manage the efficient deployment of the graduate trainee consultants. The role provides resourcing and administrative support to our sales function who suggest and place Graduate consultants on assignments in the business.

This is a central role that involves regular contact with the business, the consultants, training team, partners, the wider resourcing team, and operations functions. The environment is dynamic and ever-changing, moving at the pace of our clients’ needs.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with trainee consultants to ensure the smooth running of onboarding processes, setting excellent customer service standards
  • Facilitate and manage all onboarding activities of trainee consultants
  • Input and maintain data related to trainee consultants. For example: training completion and availability for client assignments
  • Manage redeployment activities for consultants returning from client assignments
  • Manage relationships with trainee consultants, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews for consultants
  • Provide feedback to consultant’s post interview

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and manage productive relationships with people
  • Being a confident communicator and an effective listener
  • Clear focus on the desired results, able to drive things through to completion
  • Sensitivity and flexibility in working with a diverse range of people
  • Targets and results driven, balanced with a real people focus and a desire to help consultants progress their skills and employment opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in analysing data and MI production
  • Strong knowledge of O365
