We primarily work with mid-market and enterprise customers based in the UK, supporting their national and global IT projects. From day one you will be engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and working to deliver meaningful technical solutions for their business.
As a leading organisation we are looking for the very best people who are looking to develop a long-term Sales Career with us and progress within the organisation. You will undergo an intensive 14-month Sales Training Programme with milestones of attainment built in in order to keep you on track for attaining the Apprentice qualification. You will have mentor support throughout to ensure your continued development and success and the opportunity to gain professional accreditation's.
Our office is based in Sand Hutton in York and you will need to be able to commute to this location. Due to the current situation, there will likely be an initial requirement for homeworking until the office re-opens.

Self-Motivation - Although the majority of clients you work with are long-term relationships, there is an element of new business development you will be required to undertake. And within that, sometimes people say no; some days it can feel like everybody says no to you. However, the ability to keep going and have faith in yourself and the solution you are selling is key for a successful Sales career.
Relationship Building - We want professionals who can have quality conversations with our customers and can build long term relationships and overcome obstacles and challenges. Our best Sales Trainees have been able to have engaging and respectful conversations with our customers.
Curiosity - We build trust in our customers by listening to what they need and building solutions for them. You will undergo an intense traineeship with a host of training, qualifications, mentoring and learning opportunities. A desire to drive your own self-improvement and get the best from every opportunity will set you up with the ability to have quality conversations with customers that deliver the very best outcomes.
Qualifications – you will need to have attained a grade C in both Maths and English at GSCE or equivalent or be able to attain functional skills Maths and English Level 2 before the end of the 14-month course.
