Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to queries and comments via live webchat, Social Media (Inc. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Highlight trends to enable targeted communications to enhance knowledge and customer journey
  • Work towards tight deadlines whilst always providing a high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Provide first contact resolution answering all queries
  • Be empathetic and resilient remembering that all comments both positive, negative or constructive are an opportunity to excel and demonstrate our professionalism and pensions knowledge.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Pensions administrator experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm and determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Ability to meet and work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent eye for detail with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Confident working with numbers – GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • A flexible approach to work at all times and adaptable to varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to associated deadlines
