The Trainee Digital Marketing (Content Developer, Video Presenter & PR) is an entry level position with wide scope and opportunity of career path in Digital Marketing, Vlogging/YouTubing and PR Communications. The position is part of the team that manages content planning and posting functions for social platforms and assisting in building & strengthening our presence in the digital marketing platforms, which we work with. The Trainee will assist content planning &strategies that increases brand awareness to attract engage and inspire customers across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & Website] and which would drive through sales [both online & offline]. She must be reliably available to go in front of camera to prepare video content,will also be doing Tech reviews and awareness & engagement of her audience will be the key. She must have the ability to produce large amount of content quickly while maintaining high attention to detail.The Traineed will be under mentorship of an experience Supervisor during the probationary period to grow up meeting the job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:•

 Managing brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter& YouTube;• Creating engagement of social content tailored to each channel to help acquire and retain customers;• Developing creative social campaigns that ladder up to seasonal campaigns and support larger brand initiatives;• Responding/replying to the queries posted on the social platforms;• Uploading/updating products and write blogs, news item, articles & product description/content for the e-commerce portals, websites & news media/portals;• Communicating with our own customer care to directly address or assist in resolving customer service issues that are reported online/social media;• Receiving, organizing and editing uncut video and audio assets and prepare for post-production;• Shooting / acting as presenter in videos made for YouTube, Facebook & other social media;• Going on live in YouTube, Facebook & other social media;• Working with a variety of media and formats;• Managing & prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency;• Preparing& broadcasting e-mail newsletters. Educational Requirements· At-least Undergraduate degree is required; concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, Journalism or related communications or ICT field
