Training period :- 6 months (You can apply for Junior content writer position afterwards)

Work type - Content creation target basis (80,000 words per month)

Work days - 22 days a month

Work location - Dharmashoka mawatha, Kandy

Work method - Remote (10 days / month Work from home) On site (12 days/month)

Job benefits

Basic salary :- 20,000LKR/Month (Will be paid as a travel allowance for training period)

OT :- The applicant can work extra (Other than the 80,000 words) at a fixed per word rate

Other benefits :- After completing the training period you can apply for a full time/ part time - Junior content writer position. A job certificate and a course certificate will be provided upon successful completion of training period.

Job nature -

The trainee content writers are required to write informative, unique and meaningful articles for our company owned websites and blogs. The niches include technology, agriculture, fashion and beauty, automobile industry, etc. You will require knowledge in MS PowerPoint or it will be better if you are capable of handling CorelDraw like software.

We will provide a full training on, how to optimize your content on search engines. Also, during the training we are expecting to cover,

1. Modern content writing guidelines

2. SEO

3.Back link building

4. Mobile optimizing content

5. Working with WordPress and WP plugins

What qualifications are expected from your side?

We believe in skill and experience over education. So, basically, if you think you have the correct set of skills to impress the reader that is what we are looking for.

It is a added advantage if you are capable of handing graphic designing software like CorelDraw.

You should be able to work on schedule with the team.

We have a flexible worker policy. The employees can come to work at anytime of the day (The office is open from 830 A.M to 10 P.M) and work as they wish. If you can complete the daily target within an hour you can leave afterwards.

You can choose which 12 days you work at office and which 10 days from home.
