Frasers Group are currently looking for Trainee Commercial Operations Managers to join our growing Commercial team in Shirebrook. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the link between commercial management, suppliers and our warehouses, managing the supplier base across the entire group
• Responsible for suppliers worth up to £40m
• Working with suppliers on how goods are processed, delivered and managed
• Analysing stock and sales to best plan stock into the business
• Keeping stock at the correct levels to help fulfil store capacity and warehouse covers
• Ensuring orders are planned in advance for Launches, Brand Campaigns, Marketing
• Assessing slow sellers, liabilities and best sellers and managing appropriately
• Managing the orderbook with suppliers and product flow
• Checking data to make sure it is what we require and can process through the system

QUALIFICATIONS

• A commercial mindset and the ability to make business critical decisions
• Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships
• Operations/logistics experience advantageous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise a busy workload
