Trading & performance Lead - £60,000 - £85,000
We are looking for someone who is performance driven, commercially minded, numerate and passionate about delivering things that contribute to meeting financial targets and great customer outcomes. This is a phenomenal opportunity to use your broad commercial skillet to drive and craft performance of the Broker channel. This role will make a real difference as we transform our performance and define our strategy for the future. There will be lots of stakeholder management, both internally and externally, as this is a strategic priority for the Personal Lines business. This is a dynamic trading environment where every day will be different, as we anticipate the evolving external environment.
A bit about the job:
Transformation of our Broker & Affinity business is critical for future success. The market dynamics post FCA Pricing Practices are changing and as a business we need to ensure we engage and trade in different ways to be successful in this channel. The Trading and Performance lead will be responsible for the end-to-end trading of our Broker channel (Either Motor or Home), critically managing the key areas of delivery, including close collaboration with Distribution and our external Partners. This role has the scope to craft plans, influence business priorities and advise key activity to achieve our goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Comfortable/confident in leading the decision-making process, pulling together key SME’s, taking on board opinions but taking ultimate ownerships for the decision
Experience in a multi-channel trading environment, with experience in Price Comparison Websites being beneficial
Strong commercial competence & communication skills
Experience of the Personal Lines insurance market and products
Experience within the Broker & Affinity channel is preferred
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £60,000 – £85,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
