The Role:
As our Trade Co-ordinator in our Ecommerce Trading team, you will be responsible for effective set up and management of all promotional activity, administration and reporting - to help drive performance on site. You will help shape the development of the websites as well as being the first point of contact for wider business queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage briefing and setup of all ecom promotions ensuring theses are accurate, tested and communicated to the wider teams​
Collaboration with VM team to ensure accurate and timely product, pricing of promotions launch onsite on time​
Work closely with BMD to collate all line lists and communicate these to the relevant teams​
Support Discovery Optimisation team pre promotional launches ensure on category and customer journeys are optimised ​
Support VM and Design teams with product selection and price/stock checks for Marketing communications (eg. site content, email & social media)​
Work with Buying & Merch teams & Photo Studio to ensure new lines are visible online on time & support in trouble shooting issues related to this​
Provide effective administration support for the team to help drive decision making, including running reporting and communicating to the wider team​
Build strong working relationships across Ecommerce / Digital and the wider business​
Work in collaboration with the wider ecommerce trading team to support delivery of online trading plan​
Work in collaboration with the VM to ensure all promotions are correctly uploaded and reflected online​
Work in collaboration with 3rd party support functions troubleshooting any issues​
60% of time spent briefing and setting up promotions ensuring all teams are aligned, line list are collated and uploaded to the website and promotions are launched onsite on time ​
20% of time spent supporting with product selection and price/stock checks for Marketing communications ​
10% of time spent providing reporting and analyse to wider Ecom Merch team

Experience of working in retail/online or an equivalent environment desired
