Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Follow up and maintain contact with individuals to monitor, review and support engagement and sustain in education, employment and training as per performance targets
  • Conduct home visits with colleagues, as required
  • Collect and collate feedback on skills and employability activities
  • Adhere to company policy and procedure relating to safeguarding, health and safety, information security, diversity and inclusion
  • Refer and signpost individuals to Skills and Employability advisers or partner organisations for appropriate support to ensure their needs are fully being met

What we’re looking for:

  • Good knowledge of IT applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate recording
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work across the county
