Job Background/Context:
TPU is part of the OTBRC group which in turn is part of the Citigroup Enterprise O&T division.
OTBRC Controls and Governance is expanding and enhancing its operating model. A key priority for the team is to help strengthen Citi’s Third Party Management framework and program. Integral to this new framework is establishing, supporting and managing the Third Party Utility (TPU), responsible for delivering standardized Citi-wide third party management processes.
The TPU provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.
Job Purpose:
The TPU Program Governance Analyst will be responsible to Assist with TPU hiring efforts to forecast and monitor hiring globally, inclusive of working with TPU managers to identify hiring forecasts and updates to applicable finance system
Key Responsibilities:
Aggregate data from multiple systems and sources to provide performance management scorecards and other metrics related to Citi’s third-party risk portfolio, including reporting by:
Interpret data and metrics to produce valuable insight to the overall health of third-party relationships, identifying potential risks, trends, and improvement opportunities Review and strategically analyze data providing credible challenges to, and robust quality checks of, such results where they appear erroneous or exceptional Develop long-term, strategic reporting solutions that generate consistent outputs using automation methodologies to improve report creation cycle times whilst reducing manual processing and the potential for human error Responsible to ensure data quality and standardization, and to support data retention plans within the TPU Liaise with Third Party Officers (TPOs) in Citi businesses, as well as Sector and Regional Risk teams as necessary Summarize and monitor BAO Support dashboard results Develop ad hoc senior management presentations and reports Participate in continuous improvement activities Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head. Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required Support the TPU Global Program Manager to execute TPU’s strategic objectives at a site level while promoting consistency globally.
