Main areas of responsibility
- Maintain internal data library with reliable and accurate information that is compatible with the Tour production needs.
- Be the gatekeeper for the internal database – you will evaluate all update or change requests carefully and decide the best way to process them based on our team requirements, standards and guidelines.
- Support production teams with ad hoc request that will impact the database. This includes advising on and executing requests and documenting changes.
- Create, maintain and review our portfolio of itinerary templates.
- Ensure all budgetary information relating to our tours is accurate and up to date.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between itineraries or budgets and the information presented in the database.
- Respond and process in a specified time period to requests in our Jira ticketing system
- Run regular checks on the internal database.
- Support cross departmental strategy projects
- Strengthen and grow relationships with stakeholders through daily communication with teams in Panama, Switzerland and around the world.
- Take ownership for and lead process improvement and enhancement opportunities

Requirements
- Professional working level of English both oral and written, Spanish is a plus
- University degree. Preferably International Business, Economics or similar
- Previous experience with data analysis, MS Excel, reporting and computer systems
- Previous experience of working or studying in an international environment is preferred
