ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
- Room Reservations and Rate Negotiations with Hotels
- Experience in the tourism trade
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Previous experience in handling high-end clients
- Experience in independent planning and implementing of tour itineraries and costing
- Minimum 01 years experience in the hotel and tourism trade
- Computer literate
- Provided quotes and pricing
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Added Advantages
- Qualifications in the field of hospitality or tour management
- Fluent in a foreign language (e.g. German, French etc...)
- Valid driving license.
