Job Description

As a leader in the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, this role participates in the strategy, design, and governance of rewards programs, with a primary focus on compensation programs delivered in the form of stock, such as long-term incentive programs, local and international all-employee share purchase programs. This role will be critical as the company develops and implements new employee share plans across the globe.  This role will apply creativity and innovation to create programs that are motivating, inspiring, and rewarding to employees.  In partnership with Platform Services, this role leads the administration of compensation programs, including employee share plans, incentive programs, and support of annual rewards cycles.  This role operates with broad latitude in a complex environment, acts as a subject matter expert within the organization, manages large projects or processes, and partners across the network to influence and achieve results.

What You’ll Do for Us: 

Leads the strategy and design of all global employee share plans.  Partners with Platform Services to ensure seamless execution of all implementation work.

Identifies and connects all necessary functions to implement new or updated employee share plans across the globe.

Leads the process to identify themes and necessary education materials to build employee knowledge related to share plans and equity programs. 

Proactively identifies global opportunities to enhance or implement employee share plans or other rewards programs, influencing the global Total Rewards network and obtaining the necessary engagement.

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employee share plans and employer equity programs

Provides direction and SME resolution guidance to the Global Compensation service line operations teams in People Services.

Provides governance to overall employee equity usage, including oversight of burn rate management, off-cycle equity awards, and annual equity allocation.

Provides support across the Total Rewards Center of Excellence to contribute to the development and governance of broader compensation programs as requested, including equity incentives.

Leads the development, preparation and distribution of compensation and/or share plan presentations and communication materials for key stakeholders.

Leads ad-hoc projects, as assigned, to support Total Rewards initiatives. 

Leads the research of trends available in the marketplace related to share plans and other rewards programs, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:  

6-8 Years’ Experience in Share Plans or Total Rewards

Required 2- 4 years leading share plan design and/or implementations globally

Experience in the decision-making process based on analytical decision-making, and analysis comparing different company programs

Experience in developing and presenting senior stakeholder communications around compensation topics

Required Deep knowledge of employee share plans and employer equity programs, including a good understanding of legislation and regulations that govern share plans

Customer focus with the ability to create and share deliverables to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze and interpret data

Associates Degree minimum

Functional Skills:

Ability to analyze competitive market position and produce compelling analysis (Written and presentation format) for senior stakeholders

Ability to run cost projections and prepare comparative analysis for decision making

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way

Ability to achieve results with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Results driven; focused on achieving results

Strong oral and written communication skills

Organized; ability to manage own workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner

Strong team player and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven by deadlines
