The Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) Third Party Utility (TPU) provides operational support, process guidance, quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.

“TPU Tools Analyst II” is an intermediate level position responsible for creation and implementation of new/enhanced SharePoint tools in support of Citi’s Third Party Management Program. Additionally, maintenance activities include documentation, training, defect fixes, user raised issues etc.,

Responsibilities

• Automate process workflows, dashboards and reports using SharePoint solution
• As Tool Analyst, design, develop, test, implement and support tool creation, enhancements, defect fixes etc., using SDLC/Agile procedures and concepts
• Conduct testing, debugging and permanently fixing user raised issues
• Aggregate data from multiple systems and sources to provide performance management scorecards and other dashboards related to Citi’s third-party
• Responsible to ensure data quality and standardization across systems and tools
• Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
• Develop ad hoc senior management dashboards, presentations and reports
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, Angular JS, RxJS, REST APIs and functional programming
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint (Lists and Libraries, Workflows, Site Columns, Site Permissions), MS SQL, ASP.NET, C#, MVC would be an added advantage
• Preferred relevant experience in automation, workflow creation, customized solutions, MIS reporting and/or third-party management
• Quick learner and detail oriented with strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
