In Telia IT Production unit we continuously develop our OSS backend systems, and now we are now looking for a Test and QA lead and SAFe coach to Delivery and Demand Assurance team within Telia IT.  Our mission is to enable efficient operations of global competitive products and services for TeliaCompany with common production.

As a Test and QA lead, you will have the responsibility for working with Common Delivery Model – SAFe collaboration structure with leading the QA activities for the Agile Release Train.  Responsibility in IT Production for this position relates to Service Management Portfolio and Service Assurance ART Test, QA and SAFe couching tasks. Essential is collaboration within the structure and with other structures to secure smooth co-operation and common QA. Your nearest colleagues in the work are Team QA lead, PO’s and Scrums with coaching the whole Portfolio and ART staff

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Scheduling and securing governance for common cadence QA deployment and release
• E2E QA co-ordination and reporting  
• Leading a QA virtual team
• Leading a QA system and test automation team
• SAFe way of working coaching for the ART and its teams as well as in the Portfolio level

We are looking highly experienced, motivated and experienced QA lead with ability for being a agile SAFe coach for our team, You have the drive to lead both the ART level quality assurance work but also the ability to could us in WoW

Your Experience:

• Relevant technical/ IT university education.
• Experience in IT development
• Proven good experience and knowledge Test and Quality Assurance management  
• Experience of  Atlassian collaboration tools and CI/CD tools

Your complementary experience:

• Experience in on Telco IT applications, preferably in Telia
• Experience and knowledge of working as an Agile (SAFe) coach
• SAFe certification
• Knowledge of ITIL process framework and Service Assurance process
