Responsibilities and tasks:
In Sykehusbygg HF you will be part of an operational team that is responsible for managing technology deliveries from the early planning phase until they are in the hands of patients and clinicians on the day the hospital opens. Here you will get to work with:
- Plan the testing and prepare test plans together with key resources from the individual projects
- Exercise the role of test leader and contribute to further development and operationalize the current test strategy and test methodology
- Describe needs and specify requirements for technology and lead testing of the solution until these are used in the new hospitals
You will meet a wonderful group with a wide range of experiences and personalities. We have experience from clinical activities, ICT projects and major construction and infrastructure projects.
You are usually an experienced test leader who can lead the activities, but we are also looking for new graduates who find this exciting and want to contribute new expertise in modern technology.
Workplace will be in Oslo or Drammen, with the opportunity to work from home by appointment. Some travelling must be expected.
Qualifications:
- Relevant higher education, preferably in computer science, electronic systems or automation. Experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
- Good Norwegian skills, both orally and in writing
In addition, it is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from test planning and management
- Certification within ISTQB or equivalent
- Experience from the implementation of large complex ICT projects, preferably hospital projects
- Experience with ITB / NS3935
Personal characteristics:
- You like working with complex systems and have a good understanding of technology with the ability to work systematically and purposefully
- You are able to think holistically and across disciplines, units, tasks and processes
- Team player who is motivated to take part in exciting hospital projects
