The Territory Manager is accountable for identifying and delivering business growth through customer base of practices in a defined geography, building sales, product mix, growing consumption of Colgate products. With the increased trend for virtual/remote customer engagement, the Territory Manager is encouraged to navigate and fully demonstrate both selling environments. The expectation is that approximately 30% of customer engagements would be remote so proficiency in verbal/written communication & influence as well as emerging digital tools is essential.
