We're #hiring for Telephone Operator - English Language
 
Location. Colombo 07
Salary. 37,000 LKR
Work Days. Monday to Friday
Work Hours. 08.30 AM to 05.30 PM
 
Job Duties

  • Apply good communication skills.
  • Coordinate between the internal staff and clients.
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Speak well and clear over the phone.
  • Train and learn on the job.

Job Requirements

  • Must speak, read. Write, and understand English and Sinhala, Tamil is an additional advantage.
  • Skills in dealing diplomatically with the public under stressful conditions.
  • Previous work experience in a similar position (customer service, customer care, etc.) is a definite advantage.
