  • We’re supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.

    Working on behalf of a major UK energy provider (gas and electric), making outbound calls businesses to discuss offers available along with the features and benefits of the provider to generate interest in the eventual transfer of providers. The role will involve pipeline sales and follow up calls to previously contacted customers

    Shifts:

    You will work on a set shift, 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

    No evenings or weekends.

    Location:

    Based at our offices in Sheffield, Hartshead House close to the city centre with excellent public transport links.

    What you’ll be doing:

    You will be responsible for contacting businesses around the UK to discuss their utility needs (gas & electric), you will discus who their current provider is, how much they pay, how many business sites they have, etc. You will provide quotes for a major UK energy provider (gas and electric) and talk the customer through the process of transferring across. You will effectively discuss the benefits of being with a major UK energy provider (gas and electric) and the difference between their packages and competitors packages, pitching what offers a major UK energy provider (gas and electric) have and how it would benefit the customer. You will follow the sale through end to end, being the first point of contact with the customer and continuing to follow up the process throughout, often making multiple calls to the business and completing the pipeline sale.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Previous experience within a B2B role is preferable
    • Previous sales experience is essential
    • Excellent telephone manner.
    • The ability to objection handle.
    • Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
    • Sales driven.
    • Team player
