Job Description

What you’ll be doing: 

In this role you will receive inbound calls from new and exisitng customers. New customers will be wanting to join one of the UK’s biggest and best-known mobile providers and take out their first contract. Existing customers will be wanting to add additonal lines. You will be selling handsets, sim only plans, tablets, insurance and accessories. Whilst also offering additional services from one of the UK’s biggest and best-known mobile providers and delivering excellent customer service and selling to the customers needs. 

  • Handle inbound sales based calls 
  • Perform an effective needs analysis 

  • Successfully objection handle 

  • Offer and upsell additional products and services 

  • Deliver a top quality customer service 

  • Build rapport with customers 

  • Discuss all aspects of mobile contracts to ensure the best deal possible deal is given. 

 What we’re looking for: 

  • Confident and outgoing personality. 

  • Excellent telephone manner. 

  • The ability to objection handle. 

  • Sales driven. 

  • Competent in reading scripture. 

  • Basic maths ability.
