The set rota consists of a mixture of early, middle and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. All successful applicants must be fully flexible to work between these hours.

What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will receive inbound calls from new and existing customers. New customers will be wanting to join one of the UK’s biggest and best-known mobile providers and take out their first contract. Existing customers will be wanting to add additional lines. You will be selling handsets, sim only plans, tablets, insurance and accessories. Whilst also offering additional services from one of the UK’s biggest and best-known mobile providers and delivering excellent customer service and selling to the customers needs.
Handle inbound sales based calls
Perform an effective needs analysis
Successfully objection handle
Offer and upsell additional products and services
Deliver a top quality customer service
Build rapport with customers
Discuss all aspects of mobile contracts to ensure the best deal possible deal is given.
