What to expect

Our two-year Technology & Transformation Business Management graduate scheme will develop talented people into great leaders. Our programme focuses on offering individuals full exposure to our Network Expansion operation and you’ll undertake four exciting placements of six months each, covering:

• Data & Insight
• Operational Transformation
• Commercial & Partner Management
• Network Design & Build

At Virgin Media our Network Expansion division is leading the way by growing our network footprint to reach millions of new customers, both residential and businesses, via fixed line and 5G connectivity. On each rotation you will be given a specific project to lead on and these will be real-time, genuine business-contributing projects. You’ll be the owner, not just support and progress it through to implementation. As a UK wide company we’re able to offer a flexible working approach. Your rotations will primarily be based from our key locations in Hammersmith, Reading, Birmingham and Manchester with some travel to collaborate with your colleagues.

What we look for

To thrive on this scheme, you’ll need to be comfortable taking responsibility. This is predominantly a business management role, but you’ll be heavily involved with our technical teams, which will be a great fit for people familiar with STEM disciplines and with a passion for technology in fields such as Maths, Computer Sciences (including AI and automation) or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil). You must have a 2:1 degree or above.
