Job Summary
The Technology Strategy & Development Advisor will be a member of the technology vertical within the Sales Enablement organization that supports Evernorth and its businesses. This team owns and is responsible for providing the strategic vision for the overall technology stack (tools and applications) utilized by the business, such as Sales and Account Management, to power the client-buying journey. From prospecting, RFP, contracting, closing the deal, to implementation. Working directly with frontline business users (our customers) and leadership to understand their business, processes, and identify needs/requirements. The team is then responsible for partnering with our technology and software engineering partners to develop and implement a solution.
Applicants must have strong business skills and experience, with either some past experience working with technology teams, or the ability and interest to learn how to work with technology teams. This role will assist and at time be asked to lead complex assignments/projects.
Specifically, Evernorth seeks an individual to assist and be a critical member of the team that is responsible for all the cross-functional stakeholdering/collaboration and strategic planning required to expand and power the end-to-end technology stack that supports Sales and Account Management teams across Evernorth. This includes working with each business to align and prioritize their required technical requirements and ongoing enhancements as well as working with technology to develop the appropriate dashboards and reports where consolidation is not permissible due to firewall restrictions. This technical stack planning work will extend to the onboarding of all future Evernorth acquisitions (ie. MDLIVE).
Additionally, support vendor contract management and continued partnership with Legal & Procurement on consolidation of software licensing and vendor agreements, ongoing review and management of business implications resulting from firewall restrictions and other compliance requirement, as well as software license management for key Sales and Account management applications across the Evernorth technical stack.
This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
