How you can make an impact?
There are many ways for you to get involved:

• You will work with colleagues in delivery teams within an agile environment. You facilitate, ask critical questions and use your strong DevSEcOps mindset to effectively collaborate with teams.
• You continue to explore new ways to improve solution quality and ensure that project/product options are considered and recommended approaches are clearly designed with valuable solutions.
• You will be responsible for the software architecture roadmap, incorporating the latest industry trends;
• You identify and implement improvement architecture practices in an agile environment and map the discrepancy between the current processes and the desired state to continuously innovate and adapt IT processes to market trends;
• You stay abreast of the latest innovations, technologies, patterns and practices in software architecture, especially on AWS.
• You can help the different teams in a convincing way and clearly know what you are doing. You help the team balance tactical solutions with long term sustainability and under sustainment of the platform;
• you research, evaluate and test, together with your colleagues, new software architecture approaches and tools and help teams use them effectively;
• you help define the software architecture to support the domain’s technology strategy, objectives and develop new tools and techniques to improve the required capabilities within the domain.

What can you bring to the table?           
There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the things we are looking for:   

• Expert level knowledge in Java
• Experience in at least one other programming language
• Broad & good level of knowledge of AWS including Lambdas
• Knowledge of Node JS and client Javascript frameworks (preferably Vue JS) is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken & written English.

• Experience in working in an agile environment and able to integrate architecture practises in an agile way of working
• Great communicator and facilitator comfortable working across organisational and market boundaries and managing senior stakeholders. Able to disagree yet align
• Good grasp of experience with cloud technology, design patterns, micro-services, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous.
• Enjoys and gets energized by complex technical problem solving with an ability to push innovation through technical solutions
