What are we looking for?

• Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered
• Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
• Problem solving skill and systematic thinking
• Communication and influencing skill

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Drive the implementation of GLP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/GHP and Lab standard.
• Document control system management including the Nexus system.
• Develop laboratory training material and training plan and provide training for site associates.
• CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
• Prepare the management review report material.
• Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in process.
• Complete any other duties or projects as assigned by Manager.
