This is an exciting opportunity within our Brands and Customer directorate to join the catering team as a Technical Writer. In this role you will design, develop and produce  all the inflight product manuals and standards to meet the target audiences and ensure these are communicated in a timely manner. You will compose clear and coherent technical information, writing instruction manuals with relevant photography, and maintain a database with updated references. Liaising with key stakeholders to develop and deliver the connected service experience through all digital platforms. Please see the Job description for further details of the role.
