The Technical Training Senior Analyst is primarily responsible to deliver standardized and customized applications training to internal business partners as well as Express Scripts external clients. This position will also provide consultation through the assessment, evaluation and development of both existing and new applications training programs and materials. This position ensures that internal and external clients are knowledgeable (comprehension) and capable of using (skills acquisition) relevant applications and system updates via effective training delivery.

• Develops and delivers training materials for business partners related to company products, processes, and technologies to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and increase their technical and/or business process knowledge.
• Develops and implements training activities directed at employee competencies and skills.
• Owns smaller-scaled training initiatives and collaborates with other business or technical partners on larger training-related projects to ensure that course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes, IT programs, and equipment.
• Completes day-to-day technical training tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members and subject matter experts.
• Creates training materials using PowerPoint as the main tool used for learning content creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, training or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years relevant experience or Master’s degree; 3-5 years experience in an IS, operations or business environment and 3-5 years experience in applications training helpful
• Proven ability to develop training courses and supporting documentation; Experience in conducting needs analysis and operations application functionality; Proven ability to identify customized strategies and tactics for success in training delivery; Understanding of adult learning techniques; Excellent presentation and communication skills; Excellent internal and external customer service skills

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
