Description of your role – The role is to provide support to technical incidents and enhance the technical service to school consumers. Also, to provide support to other areas including but not limited to MIS & Cloud products.
Provide 2nd line ICT technical support to our school customers, mainly in the Worcestershire area. The role is home-based but there will be a need to travel to schools around Worcestershire and occasionally Herefordshire, Staffordshire, and Birmingham. Additionally, we support schools remotely in West Sussex and Essex and this will expand into more areas as we grow the business.
