Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and uphold the Design Technical Standards and Specification information on all instore environment schemes.
About the role
- Raising of new UPCs in line with current nomenclature
- Follow defined nomenclature to ensure there is clarity around naming conventions for new equipment that supports procurement, delivery and installation areas.
- All drawing register creation and updating for all on going schemes
- Configuration Management (version control) of all design information.
- Management of Simple Compliance Equipment Library - Gatekeeping of the new system
- Ensure all Specifications and equipment drawings are uploaded to Simple compliance
- Black and Green documentation uploaded to Simple Compliance
- Manage Green and Black Seal appointments to support planning of factory visits to complete sign off by Technical standards manager
- Equipment manuals for all areas of C&H, Foods and Hospitality to be kept up to date
- O&M and install manuals working with the supplier to deliver these
- Management and ownership of materially library and archives
- Manage Compliance of all design suppliers - FSC/ Altius
- Health and Safety Support – management of a store incident tracker
About You
- Ability to use relevant software / processes for drawings registers
- Effective communication that ensures details and risks.
- Management and upkeep of technical standards and documentation
- Understanding of material specifications
- Use of or (willingness to learn how to use) Simple Compliance to upload and maintain equipment libraries
