This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and uphold the Design Technical Standards and Specification information on all instore environment schemes.

About the role

• Raising of new UPCs in line with current nomenclature
• Follow defined nomenclature to ensure there is clarity around naming conventions for new equipment that supports procurement, delivery and installation areas.
• All drawing register creation and updating for all on going schemes
• Configuration Management (version control) of all design information.
• Management of Simple Compliance Equipment Library - Gatekeeping of the new system
• Ensure all Specifications and equipment drawings are uploaded to Simple compliance
• Black and Green documentation uploaded to Simple Compliance
• Manage Green and Black Seal appointments to support planning of factory visits to complete sign off by Technical standards manager
• Equipment manuals for all areas of C&H, Foods and Hospitality to be kept up to date
• O&M and install manuals working with the supplier to deliver these
• Management and ownership of materially library and archives
• Manage Compliance of all design suppliers -  FSC/ Altius
• Health and Safety Support – management of a store incident tracker

About You

• Ability to use relevant software / processes for drawings registers
• Effective communication that ensures details and risks.
• Management and upkeep of technical standards and documentation
• Understanding of material specifications
• Use of or (willingness to learn how to use) Simple Compliance to upload and maintain equipment libraries
