Key Qualifications

• Technical sourcing experience (Gained either In-house or through a Research role in a Recruitment Firm)
• Must have experience sourcing Software Engineers (bonus points for additional areas including; Machine Learning, Site Reliability, Security, QA and Program Management)
• Experience building multi-country and subject area search strategies
• Understands importance of building diverse top of funnel pipelines and can talk to examples of doing this effectively
• Proficient in multiple search approaches (beyond LinkedIn/Boolean/Job boards)
• Uses data and metrics to influence overall sourcing strategy
• Relationship focused and passionate about the candidate experience
• Able to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Stays current in the latest market trends and talent landscape

Description

Using multiple external channels, as well as our own ATS, you will find talent with targeted skills, experience and potential, supporting Recruiters hire for critical R&D Teams across EMEA. To be successful, you will utilise wide ranging channels to identify talent and manage the process from outreach through to engagement. You will be used to and comfortable driving discussions with the Recruiters and Business to ensure profiles are reviewed and we safeguard candidate experience at all times.

• This is a contract role
