We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Researcher to join our dynamic in-house recruiting team. This person will be partnering with various stakeholders across the organization and will be working to fulfill the critical function of identifying and recruiting outstanding technical talent to support a global technology build within the company. Talent Acquisition is a priority at Nike, so we need someone who understands the importance of finding the best of the best and who has the desire to make an impact as we achieve our goals. Talent Acquisition is a high impact and strategic business function with a strong seat at the table. Thus, we need someone who is not only a great Technical Researcher, but someone who is highly strategic in their approach and can combine research, talent advising, business management and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

This individual will independently lead talent research and proactive recruiting efforts for Nike across Robotics, Search, Computer Vision, and various engineering innovations as Nike enters into these new technologies. The talent market in EMEA is highly competitive, so we need to be creative in our approach when engaging with best in the world talent across the Nike business lines and technologies.

WHAT YOU WIL WORK ON

The Technical Recruiting Researcher will conduct deep talent research and analysis on the current market which will be used to strategically engage with top talent. This individual will provide insightful recommendations based on data to advise business leaders and influence strategic hiring decisions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is embedded in our Talent Sourcing Talent Research Team within the Recruiting organization. This role will report into the Director of Global Talent Research & Strategic Talent Sourcing and will collaborate with the Technology Recruiting leadership and recruiting team to support all hiring for Nike's Global Technology organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years' executive recruitment and/or executive sourcing/research in technical domains with a focus on developing diverse pipelines of talent
  • Consistent track record of conducting international talent research in engineering sciences
  • Experience assessing science and engineering talent for a global with a strong understanding of European rules and guidelines
  • Experience working at a global company supporting large recruiting organizations in several regions of the world
  • Expert Sourcing background using tools like GitHub, LinkedIn, A Miner, Stack Overflow
  • Experience with robotics or E-commerce platforms for an international digital retailer
  • Experience working for an international company, in a geo hub not located at headquarters
  • Experience presenting scientific and research data at conferences
  • Experience in creating talent market intelligence report and researches in engineering talent domain
