Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle including collating job descriptions, job posting, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Initiate talent acquisition strategies to meet the recruitment plan
• Organise recruitment information to analyse and report progress in a timely manner
• Ability to headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent through various sources and keep recruitment pipeline live and engaged
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results
• Build relationships and proactively coordinate with potential external recruitment sources
• Onboarding of new hires including preparation of the necessary paperwork promptly and accurately
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in the industry
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Management or equivalent professional qualification
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Hands on experience in LinkedIn sourcing
• Good understanding of technology, technical roles and skills
• Passionate about finding great technical talent and possesses a great work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
