Job Summary:
As the Technical Project Manager on the Device Engineering team, you will be responsible for facilitating the management of hardware devices including acquisition, deployment, and ongoing tracking. You will work with a range of partners to oversee a variety of service requests and services in a timely manner. As a central point of contact for the team, you will help coordinate activities including request fulfillment, procurement, leases, lease refreshes, formulation of budgets for devices, and payments to vendors. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership with peer technical teams, partners, operations representatives, and vendors is crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily project management of Device Engineering request and incident management processes.
- Ensure that required service levels are met, confirm users are updated, and remediate issues or blockers.
- Apply expertise in mobile device (iOS and Android) and digital display technologies to plan and help deliver cost-effective and technically appropriate solutions.
- Respond to complex request by facilitating scope definition, discovery, and estimation activities within diverse team of business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and present high-level plans with financial estimates to stakeholders with the goal of keeping new requests moving towards procurement and installation.
- Facilitate the project schedule and communication for active efforts and requests. Report progress to requestors, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLA) are met.
- Respond to inquiries from users, resellers, partners, consultants, development and/or maintenance teams.
- Work with cross-discipline team members to validate project assumptions and review project plans with leadership.
- Use metrics to increase performance, efficiency and forecast improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in IT project management.
- Practical experience in estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning.
- Proficiency using and managing project management tools and Agile project management techniques.
- Experience working with iOS and Android devices, including how devices are operated, deployed, and managed with and MDM such as Workspace ONE (AirWatch.)
- Experience with managing digital displays, multimedia players, and content creation and content management software.
- Experience with hardware integration of multiple accessories with iOS and Android devices.
- Experience using an IT service management platform to manage processes and tickets such as requests, incidents, and changes.
- Experience with asset management practices, processes, and tooling.
- Manage a variety of relationships within and external to our organization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and leadership skills, including ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
- Advanced level experience in MS Excel to analyze, validate and interpret data relevant to business tasks using Excel Formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNT etc.,); Conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
