Job summary

As a TPM, you will be part of a close-knit team of software development managers (/engineers), product manager, UX engineers and program managers who innovate on customer experience in an agile, collaborative manner. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies. You will make strong business cases for project prioritization and investment. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and inspire risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit. Key job responsibilities
* Lead the program management to plan, strategise, drive the implementation and delivery of Concession Tech initiatives that span a variety of functional areas and geographies.
* Influence agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to a highly visibile and challenging roadmap.
* Manage relationships and discussions with various partner teams including running regular detailed progress reviews to ensure timely delivery of the projects.
* Provide regular updates to the senior management and all the stakeholders on project status and risks. Cross-team coordination, program management and executive presentation skills are essential.
* Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan clearly

About the team
Concessions team is responsible for building software applications that intelligently predict the customers’ pain points and optimally route to the right solution, whether it be customer service agents or self-help features. The vision for concessions team is to provide a consistent experience across all customer support channels. Technology will support this vision by continually shortening the time required to identify a customer’s problem both in existing access points and across new locations and providing them with the proper in-policy solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
* 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
* 3+ years of technical program management experience
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
* Prior experience with agile methodologies
* Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
* Experience developing Internet products and technologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Retail or product experience
* Experienced in delivering projects against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment
* Experience solving challenging engineering problems with multiple constraints
* Experience managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact
* Demonstrated deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices
