What you’ll achieve

As a Technical Program Management, Senior Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting processes, practices, and tools. Working closely with product group and program management stakeholders and partners, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects from design to delivery.

You will:

• Collaborate with product development & program management business partners and extended team stakeholders to facilitate the introduction of new tools, processes or capabilities

• Understand the impact of emerging businesses and their implications for Dell Technologies and its customers- helping to establish the appropriate internal infrastructure to help them grow

• Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth investigation, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers

• Assemble and lead effective, high-performance services programs and program teams, providing ongoing feedback to functional leadership

Essential Requirements

• 12–15 years of related experience in program management, ideally global in nature

• Proven experience driving transformational change across large organizations

• Proven experience with various program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Ability to manage cross functional teams to define the solution definition and requirements, and drive program delivery on time and within budget

• Superior communication & relationship building skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• PMP, Agile, Scrum@Scale certifications a plus
