The Technical Product Manager, MarTech Integration, is responsible for activities focused on, but not limited to, customer data management, support and enhancements, marketing technology roadmap and integrations, data regulation compliance, loyalty program support and special project management. The ideal candidate will be an organized thinker who can zoom into the low-level details of a complex project and the overall picture of how those details fit into the overall goal while making sure that key details aren't missed. The candidate is data driven with relentless drive, passion, and perseverance when it comes to managing processes and data. This person will have the ability to communicate technical details in a way that all partners can understand regardless of technical capability.
Responsibilities Include:
Hands-on technology development requiring a deep understanding of underlying platforms, the ability to get into architecture and code-level design and troubleshooting. The work will also include writing user stories/prioritizing work for development teams
Understand KO’s MarTech stack, including the technical systems, operational and marketing processes that create user and business value, to clearly communicate and drive the desired outcome of MarTech product work
Partner with marketing and digital experience business partners to understand business needs and translate those needs into use cases and requirements; developing creative solutions with new and existing tools that increase the range of capabilities for the broader Marketing team
Manage the marketing product lifecycle of new features/enhancements from planning to completion acting as a liaison between KO, IT, agency, and vendor teams
Evaluating & implementing global Technology platforms.
Working with external vendors and internal marketing partners in corporate and operating units to deliver quality software and services
Managing and providing technical guidance to Internal Teams and External Partners (onshore and offshore)
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze issues quickly.
Lead Development Teams on software Development and Dev Ops. Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, DevOps
Working with Global and Regional Architects of product architecture and development
Ability to work with large and geographically distributed teams.
Interpret marketing desires & convert those high-level journeys into technical user stories for developers across the marketing technology stack
Manage competing requests from multiple groups while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Take complete ownership of the product backlog and lead grooming sessions as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and define feature priorities
Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Story meets acceptance criteria and has met acceptance tests prior and post-production launch verification
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar related field
Experience
5+ years of experience with 3+ in web development as a web developer or as a technical product owner.
Must have experience working in an environment with legacy systems with the ability to understand the constraints and opportunities legacy systems will present while integrating a modern MarTech stack
Knowledge of database marketing concepts and experience with CRM technology
Experience partnering on the development of APIs, data infrastructure, data-heavy projects and working with technical partner service providers
Understanding (not expert) of Customer Experiences, user experience and user flows.   
Will need to be a quick learner to understand custom TCCC components such as NGPS and Mix Codes. Will also need to understand google analytics and GTM technologies.
Skilled at creating high-quality customer/business requirements, and partnering with stakeholders, application developers, UX/UI and vendors through the discovery and development process
Cross-team communication and dependency coordination across Adobe Experience Management suite of tools, customer-facing products integrating with AEM, and internal systems.
