As the technical product owner, you will lead the design and implementation of consumer marketing platforms  that can support marketing teams around the  company. The focus of the role will be to Convert marketing consumer journeys to technical user stories for developers. The work will involve working with marketing across global category, IMX and Platform Services to understand the ideas and plans. Then translate these marketing plans into concrete digital experience projects with detailed specifications that agency developers can develop. Candidate will need to be able to quickly assess business and technology challenges and bring competing priorities together to deliver flawlessly

   
What you’ll do for us 

  • Track, organize and document project strategy and requirements gathering sessions, and driving projects forward 
  • Translate marketing speak into technical user stories and development tasks, organizing team documentation, consolidating data to implement technical aspects of a business solution. 
  • Dive into client operations and technologies at detailed levels in order to effectively build necessary documentation and communicate to clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Standardize development delivery global governance model for our practice globally 
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, DevOps 
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture 
  • Identify the most important issues, prioritize your time, and deliver results consistently. 
  • Hands-on technology development requiring a deep understanding of underlying platforms, the ability to get into architecture and code-level design and troubleshooting. The work will also include writing user stories/prioritizing work for development teams 
  • Working with external vendors and internal marketing partners in corporate and operating units to deliver quality software and services
  • Managing and providing technical guidance to Internal Teams and External Partners (onshore and offshore)
  • Lead Development Teams on software Development and Dev Ops. Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, DevOps  
  • Working with Global and Regional Architects of product architecture and development
  • Ability to work with large and geographically distributed teams.  
  • Identify the most important issues, prioritize your time, and deliver results

    Qualifications and requirements 

    • BS/BA in relevant field, or equivalent work experience 
    • 7+ years of experience in a combination of global marketing, Direct to Consumer experience and global solutions, ideally with practical implementation, hands on experience and subject matter expertise (not just strategy and theory.) 
    • Need to have experience the development of a loyalty platform and integration of 3rd party SaaS products
    • Experience with CMS platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager), eCommerce platforms (such as Magento) and Marketing Analytics (such as Google Analytics) 
    • Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) 
    • Recognizes and synthesizes key findings and develops alternative solutions, comfortable challenging assumptions 
    • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects 
    • Capability to interact with individuals at all client organizational levels 
    • Can multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.  
    • Be a self-motivated operator, comfortable with navigating a matrix global organization. 
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done – finding a way to yes! 

    Preferred 

    • Certifications in Adobe, Product Ownership, AWS
