The Spectrum Reach product development team is seeking a technical Product Analyst with broad technical skills including analyzing data, understanding APIs, and building flow charts. This individual is an integral piece in the software development life-cycle and will facilitate implementation of scalable technical solutions via requirements and acceptance criteria.

The ideal candidate will ultimately have a product or technical background, preferably dealing with big data solutions. This individual needs to be approachable, personable and comfortable taking part in challenging discussions where they will need to validate their perspectives based on data. This individual will lead discussions cross-functionally to improve the quality of existing features and ensure adequate technical requirements and acceptance criteria for new features. This individual will also lead conversations around improving the quality of data by validating what’s in our database is represented in our multiple reporting solutions correctly. This individual will have an attention to detail and a sense of urgency communicating and resolving open tasks.

Must Have:

• Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects from a technical and data perspective
• 3+ years as a technical analyst with a background managing deliverables for multiple products/platforms
• Ability to translate technical information to both software engineers and functional leadership/stakeholders
• 1+ years API Experience – ability to translate documentation and build requirements/facilitate conversations on new and existing integrations (i.e. postman, apigee, swagger, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise big data systems, database analysis, multiple warehouses
• Understanding of backend data architecture frameworks, technical infrastructure, data streams, identifying dependencies
• 3+ years experience with building SQL queries
• 2+ years experience using Jira and Confluence
• 1+ years experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• 2+ years flow chart experience such as Lucidchart, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Snowflake experience (i.e. the free snowflake essential badge)
• Masters Degree in Technical Discipline or MBA
• Experience with Project Management tools such as smartsheets
• Experience with data delivery processes via s3 buckets, APIs, and sFTP

Education:

Bachelors in a technical field such as Business Analytics, Engineering or Analytics or equivalent experience

The pay for this position has a minimum of $65,300.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
