This role will be responsible for:Managing the ongoing delivery of content by our TV app partners.Ensuring the quality of the customer experience with our partner’s content across the Apple ecosystem.Working with internal teams to ensure titles are available in the TV App. Building relationships with TV App content partners and providers to quickly identify issues and help to resolve them promptly.Helping to bring improvements and greater efficiencies to partner processes for the delivery of content.Diagnosing and identifying patterns for a problem in order for it to be solved by our partners and /or internal teams. Defining new internal features and processes to enhance and optimize partner performance.
