the role responsibilities are:
- Accountability for the supporting our global customer innovation capability
- Lead hiring, strategy, communications, client leadership and the creation of the strategy around industry orientation and centers of gravity
- A focus and experience with leading-edge innovation and its relation to solving the world’s greatest challenges such as sustainability, clean tech, metaverse, etc., with Microsoft customers
- Supporting Microsoft global leadership on the innovation corporate strategy - shaping the vision, creating the organizational structure, metrics, and governance
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Remarkable people leadership and Emotional Quotient with a proven track record of driving results through the development and advancement of strong multi-disciplinary teams, with a passion for diversity and inclusion
- Experience designing, building highly successful teams; Ability to work and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product development, marketing, sales, and delivery.
- Outstanding customer c-suite relationships, with success in influencing decision making, willing to take on big challenges, advocate for CI
- Strong self-motivation, highly adaptable, and a fierce advocate/influencer with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- History of driving technological innovation for customers with an ability to work and build partnerships across industries
- Personal integrity and capacity for excellent judgement and decision-making skills, demonstrating the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information, is necessary.
Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United Kingdom. You can expect travel to range from 25 – 50%.
