We seek people who:
Assist with quality modifications and fit improvements that are clearly identified and communicated on prototypes, samples, pre-development and production shoes/boots
Assist in making technical fit decisions through observation of fit and aesthetics and adds appropriate comments to EC Vision or Share Point files
Accurately researches, tests and records QIL sheets for documenting claim issues
Assists with divisional teams/PAA teams for 3D prints/3D flattening/3D rendering
Organizes daily shipments of fitting samples to complete fit sessions in a timely manner
Keeps current list of Fit Models up to date and measures our “frequently” used Models feet, quarterly
Maintains inventory of stored fitting samples are kept organized and current

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years Footwear development experience
Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/In Design
3d CAD design/modeling – Rhino/ICAD/Keyshot
Microsoft Office Products
Proven organizational skills, problem solving, prioritizing task & verbal communication skills.
