Our client is a market leader in their industryand are recruiting for a permanent Technical Customer Services Advisor to jointheir established team who are based in a prime location in Dartford.

As part of the Technical Team you will have theopportunity to utilise your skills which may have been gained within aplumbing, construction or a technical environment to respond quickly andefficiently to customer enquiries both over the telephone and via email. Youwill be investigating issues and providing a resolution whilst maintaining thehighest level of customer service.

For this position you will have previously workedwithin a Call Centre, and be able to focus on providing a solution. The abilityto understand technical drawings and instructions would also be of benefit.

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
