Accountabilities
- Consult with B2B Customers on how British Airways’ distribution technologies and APIs can be consumed and built to
- Work with product owners to translate customer requirements into customised implementation plans to ensure effective integration of British Airways’ distribution technologies into the Customer’s business
- Identify implementation issues or risks and present solutions to mitigate or resolve
- Provide end user training as necessary (external)
- Build strong rapport with Customers’ project team to ensure full understanding of scope of British Airways’ distribution technologies
- Manage multiple customers engagements at one time, prioritising effectively
- Contribute to the future development of British Airways’ distribution technologies by representing Customers’ needs and feedback throughout the software development cycle
- Maintain knowledge of Airline distribution technology trends and developments
- Collaborate with Global Sales to ensure a joined up approach is taken with Customers
- There is an expectation that you will undertake adhoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks

- Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex problems in a flexible manner
- Ability to prioritise and work constructively under pressure in a fast paced, multi tasking environment
Qualification / Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering field (or equivalent)
- 3+ years experience of technical consultancy with Customers
- Knowledge and understanding of Airline B2B distribution
- Good understanding of functions related to software development
- Comfortable in at least one high level programming language
