Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Performance Test Manager to join us. You will be confident in managing high level performance test teams and projects but will also be expected to work at a detailed level, scripting and creating individual performance tests as and when required. You will therefore need to be of a consultative nature and be able to liaise with individuals of varying levels of technical knowledge. The programmes and projects you will be managing will enable leading blue-chip businesses to gauge the performance/efficiency and productivity of their systems and websites.
The successful candidate would have previous experience in the following:
Proof of concepts
Test plans and strategies
Management of a performance / non-functional test team
Extensive use of test tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, WebLOAD, LOADview, LoadNinja, Gatlin, Tsun
Preparing test scripts, test data and scenarios
Test execution
Results analysis, bottleneck identification and troubleshooting, providing client recommendations
Skills transfer and training
Liaising with stakeholders and client teams
Presales activities
Some protocol experience with Citrix & .NET
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
Automation experience would be a bonus
