2nd Shift MotorGuide Operator/Trainer*

Attwood Corporation, a Brunswick Company, is the world's leading manufacturer of marine accessories for the boating industry, including a wide range of seating, hardware, fuel systems, navigational lighting, pumps, and other electro-mechanical components.

We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated, team player with a thorough understanding of the products and cells as a Trainer/MotorGuide Operator* on 2nd Shift.

Candidate is required to be both knowledgeable and proficient in all product families within the department.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Train newly hired, temporary, and cross training employees, in proper MotorGuide manufacturing techniques as detailed in DWIs.
• Understand and train employees of floor layout (6S).
• Be knowledgeable, practice, and train employees of required safety rules and guidelines.
• Be capable of properly recording labor.
• Have an understanding and communicate company metrics.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 year of general work experience.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation and training experience preferred.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in all product families within respective department.
