The Team

The Enterprise Technology Learning & Development Operations team supports both the Strategic and the Talent and Learning BU Specific Training initiatives for Technology associates across the Firm.  We provide Learning Experience Paths for associates as well as Data and Analysis of Learning Goals for Sr. Leadership.  This role is integral in creating a seamless experience for Technology Learners and Managers as they seek to grow their skills and understand their progress in Learning.

As a Technical and Reporting Specialist you are responsible for Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting. You will leverage your knowledge of learning platforms and data analytics to provide and support dynamic learning experiences and data solutions for Enterprise Technology.  

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating sophisticated programs, events, and projects

  • 2+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS)

  • 2+ years of experience crafting digital reporting in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, DOMO etc.)

  • 2+ years of proven experience with translating large datasets to digital output

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge & experience with SQL and good understanding of Data warehousing and Relational database concepts & technologies

  • Ability to establish rapport with senior leaders, managers, and business partners

  • Ability to work and collaborate in globally dispersed organization

  • Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise overtime, as well as drive process improvement

  • Strong analytical, presentation and leadership skills

The Value you Deliver

  • Provide consulting services to Technology Learning and Development in support of SumTotal, Fidelity’s Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure the most efficient and effective data input and retrieval. This includes gaining an understanding of the customer’s needs and leveraging knowledge of SumTotal to recommend a solution.

  • Participate in helping to build a Data Drivem Culture

  • Support the Technology Learning and Development Learning Experience team on platforms and technical specifications that will improve integration with the LMS and Fidelity's technology environment.

  • Work closely with Talent & Learning Partners and Program Managers to deliver data and insights to support the development of technologists.
