Briggs & Stratton, LLC, Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a Technical Analyst Senior – Technical Analyst Senior SAP Data. Partners with business liaisons to translate hardware and software requirements into technical specifications and partners with software developers, network engineers and IT Testing Analysts to develop logical technical processes and technical solutions for SAP systems and applications. Job Responsibilities include: Identifies, creates and facilitates technical and process design changes by conducting business and systems analysis and design at a complex level in SAP; focusing on quality improvement; system availability, security, data reliability; re-engineering processes and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes and partnering with business to ensure solutions provided meet long-term business strategies. Creates technical specifications and processes using structured analysis and data and technology modeling techniques (e.g. activity diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams). Gather and define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements in partnership with users for the implementation and enhancement of software or hardware systems. Builds and leverages automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time. Participates in system and user acceptance testing efforts. Documents resolutions, test plans, recommended courses of action, and follow through on project requirements, designs and enhancements. Identify long and short term opportunities and recommend solutions for improving the overall system health by assessing overall effectiveness and efficiency. Builds standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for business liaisons, software developers and network engineering teams. Leads business liaisons in the evaluation of cost-benefit and ROI analyses, and budget planning. Understands system interdependencies and collaborate with project teams accordingly.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related field. Requires 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, which must include: 6 years of SAP experience; 6 years of experience in SAP Data Services Development to meet SAP Data Migration/Transformation requirements; 6 years of experience in analyzing SAP Data & provide solutions in response to data related issues in our SAP systems; 6 years of experience in developing rules, metrics, dashboards to allow the business to measure/improve master data quality; 6 years of hands on experience in loading data from multiple source systems to SAP ECC, S/4 HANA using IDOC, BAPI, LTMC, OData, Script recording and LSMW; 5 years of experience in SAP HANA, BODS, Information Steward, SQL and DOMO; 5 years of experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or higher; 5 years of experience writing system roadmaps, software requirement specifications and test specifications; 5 years of experience in Installation, migration, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and overall administration of the Data Services (BODS 4.0 4.2); 5 years of experience in migrating data from Non SAP and SAP data to SAP systems using SAP best practices; 5 years of experience in implementing, customizing, configuring, integrating, testing, document preparation, user training, and support in SAP modules SD, PM, MM, WM and EWM; 5 years of experience in ABAP Workbench Development (Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary Objects and Interface programming) and Workflow; 5 years of experience defining application problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes; 5 years of experience developing SAP ABAP reports, Module pool programs, Smart forms and Adobe forms; 5 years of experience with multiple scheduling tools including Autosys and Redwood; 4 years of experience including Data Quality management, Data Cleansing and Data governance across the organization using SAP Information steward and DOMO; 3 years of level experience in SAP ABAP; 3 years of experience in carrying out Functional, Integration, Latency, Performance, reliability testing for various Data Migration and Integration tools; 3 years of experience in developing Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms, HANA applications and designing Relational databases in SQL Server; 3 years of experience designing technical specification, building documents and test scripts; 3 years experience in process automation tools including HP-ALM, Service Now; 2 years of experience creating ABAP CDS Views, generating oData services and consuming oData service in Fiori app through-Gateway; 2 years of experience developing interfaces to communicate with external systems using RFC, ALE/IDOCS, BAPI and ABAP Proxies; managing database security/integrity and backup procedures; 1 year of experience including an End to End SAP S/4 HANA implementation; 1 year of experience including a Data Center migration experience.
