Job Summary:

If so, then a role in our Technology Recruitment Center of Excellence (COE) team could be just the role for you! We are looking to mobilize a powerhouse group of tech recruiters to specifically support our Disney Parks Experiences and Products organization.

You will be responsible for delivering top talent and excellent talent advising service to various technology leaders with unique skills sets. You will be expected to develop robust candidate pipelines, educating leaders on the talent market landscape through data-driven storytelling, and generating hiring results in a fast-paced environment. Your role as a talent advisor will be full life cycle and service client management across many engineering disciplines. This role will provide you with amazing cross-functional opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies. You will also interface with HR business partners and compensation to derive comprehensive offers for your candidates.

This job posting is for multiple Recruiter openings (Associate to Senior) and will report to a Manager and Director of Technology Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidates and interviews in our ATS.
  • Follow recruiting/hiring process guidelines.
  • Gather requirements from hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Have a role-by-role understanding of the business.
  • Provide status updates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate recruiting events in partnership with the business.
  • Evaluate, network with, and hire top tier talent through both active and passive channels.
  • Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, organizing regular touch points and communication vehicles for follow through.
  • Lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects with client groups and with Recruiting team.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, Talent Management, People Analytics, Workplace Experience, Compensation, and Internal Comms teams).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience across various disciplines - i.e software engineering, system architecture, data services, and all related functional software and services professionals.
  • Experience with Boolean and/or Semantic searching.
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match.
  • Experience in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norms.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and proven experience working in a results-measured environment.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels.
  • Ability to work with little direction or supervision.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Required Education

  • BA/BS degree or relevant industry recruitment experience.
