How would you like to join a dynamic team leading an innovative operation with groundbreaking technology? We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Tech Hub Packaging Execution Manager to join our team at our Mason Business Center.
The Tech Hub Packaging Execution Manager is accountable for the full development and implementation of packaging that delivers innovation that satisfies the changing needs of the consumer within the constraints of US Contract Manufacturing (CM). This position leads tech development and escalates options to resolve issues rapidly for decisions from Leadership. The possibility of such issues should be diminished by the individual’s preparation of contingencies and strategic mitigations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have bachelor’s degree and or technical training
Experience in a Manufacturing or Development role (Tech Package Development, Process & Formulation, Manufacturing Plant Packaging Support, Operations, etc.)
Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities across different projects and types of work
Knowledge with digital tools: Platform Lifecycle Management tools, digital specifications, digital document approval, digital communication and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Share Point
Experience with leading, working in teams and participating in technical improvement and technical change projects in the areas of: new product launch, cost savings improvement, and supply assurance
